Prior to joining Sodali & Co, Ryan was based in London, leading investor relations for a FTSE-listed international specialty insurance company. Previously, Ryan worked at a leading financial communications consultancy in his native Sydney.
Ryan brings extensive capital markets experience, providing investor relations and strategic communications support for IPOs, M&A, and capital raising transactions. He regularly provides strategic counsel to senior executives and boards on complex and sensitive corporate matters, including litigation, crisis and issues management, media relations and public affairs.
