Tracie is Managing Director, Relationship Management– Sodali & Co. In this capacity, she works closely with a wide range of corporate issuers on governance, anti-takeover, compensation and proxy issues.
With over 30 years of experience in the industry, the last 17 with Sodali & Co, Tracie partners with our Corporate Governance, Stock Surveillance and Proxy Solicitation teams to assist the firm’s clients in reaching the best possible solutions to their issues. Prior to Sodali & Co, Tracie spent 17 years in senior positions in the Stock Transfer industry.
She is active in the Society for Corporate Governance as a former member of the National Board and ongoing member of the Small to Mid-Cap Issuer, National Membership, and Securities Law Committees. She currently assists the officers of the New York chapter with programming and is a Chapter officer for the Hartford Chapter. Tracie is also the Program chair of the Connecticut/ Westchester Chapter of NIRI.
