"During 2022, the levels of activism were at peak levels post the pandemic. The North American market continues to be the most active one. In Europe, the trend has adjusted again. In Asia instead, we have found an increase in activity from investors and this is something new and positive."
This was one of the statements made by Borja Miranda, Head of M&A and Activism for Europe at Morrow Sodali during his interview in the Radio Intereconomía program, "La Hora del Inversor".
Borja also explains the services that proxy solicitors offer and analyzes the evolution of activism in recent years and its impact on Ibex 35 companies.
