Eurizon Capital, the Intesa Sanpaolo asset management company, created the role of Head of Corporate Governance. Among the first asset management companies in Italy to adopt this structure, it nominated Cristina Ungureanu, who previously worked in Sodali as Head of Corporate Governance Advisory.
