Sodali appoints Fabio Bianconi as Account Manager Director for Italy

Sodali announced the appointment of Fabio Bianconi as Account Manager Director for the Italian Market. His responsibilities will include strategic advice to Italian Clients, in order to support the firm’s consolidation and expansion in Italy and manage the assignments awarded in the Region. Mr. Bianconi joins Sodali from Georgeson, where he served as Head of Corporate and ESG Advisory for 6 years providing independent advice to management and boards of listed companies on high level corporate governance issues and transactions.
