The pandemic has brought about significant changes in company operations and governance, including the holding of shareholder meetings.
Six out of ten Ibex groups (62%) organized their annual meeting with shareholders telematically and with a view to the 2021 season, and depending on the impact of Covid, "the AGMs held at a distance could continue to be the majority, while investors are asking for more women on the boards."
