Morrow Sodali appoints Grace Chan as Director of Business Development Australia

Grace Chan has joined Morrow Sodali as Director of Business Development. Grace will support the Company’s growing portfolio of ASX listed clients, including developing key relationships with directors, institutional shareholders and deal advisors.
Grace has held a variety of roles in equities research and sales, and project and structured finance. Prior to joining Morrow Sodali, Grace was a director at JP Morgan in their Singapore and Sydney offices where she built relationships with some of the world's largest institutional investors.
Grace’s work as an equities analyst achieved external survey ranking recognition and her knowledge and understanding of company fundamentals and the expectations of institutional shareholders and the market will add great value to Morrow Sodali’s advisory and execution services.
