Sodali & Co Hires Peter da Silva Vint and Tim Ragones as Managing Directors Building on the Strong Momentum Across Its U.S. Business

NEW YORK, October 6, 2026 — Sodali & Co, a leading global stakeholder intelligence and advisory firm, today announced two senior hires based in New York, effective immediately. Peter da Silva Vint joins as Managing Director in the Shareholder Advisory practice and Tim Ragones joins as Managing Director in the Strategic Communications practice. The hires build on Sodali & Co’s continued investment in senior talent and enhance the firm’s ability to provide boards and management teams with integrated counsel across investor intelligence, stakeholder engagement, governance, reputation, and sustainability on complex transactions, activism defense, IPOs, executive changes, and other high-stakes situations.
Peter da Silva Vint joins Sodali as Managing Director in the Shareholder Advisory practice.
With more than 15 years of experience spanning investment banking, corporate law, and advisory services, Peter is a trusted advisor to boards and management teams on shareholder engagement, investor priorities, and activism preparedness. Peter joins Sodali from Jasper Street Partners, where he served as Managing Partner leading the firm's shareholder and activism advisory practice. Prior to Jasper Street, Peter was a Director at Barclays and at Moelis & Company, where he advised public companies on shareholder engagement and activism defense. Previously, Peter was a member of BlackRock's Investment Stewardship Team, and earlier in his career held roles at J.P. Morgan, Arnold & Porter, and Linklaters.

Tim brings more than two decades of communications experience, including nearly a decade as a broadcast journalist. Most recently, Tim spent 10 years at global communications firm Joele Frank, where he served as Managing Director advising boards and senior management teams on M&A, shareholder activism, cyber incidents, governance matters, regulatory issues, earnings communications, executive transitions, complex litigation, and other business-critical situations.
