Sodali & Co, a leading global advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Alison Owers will be taking on an international role within Sodali & Co, as Senior Managing Director, heading up both the Capital Markets Intelligence team across EMEA and APAC, and Investor Relations Advisory team in EMEA.
This move represents Sodali & Co’s strategic ambition to become the leading global provider of shareholder intelligence and investor relations advisory services.
The Sodali & Co Capital Markets Intelligence team, led by Jason Black, provides comprehensive global stakeholder monitoring and strategic analysis services using advanced technology and proprietary data to offer strategic insights into institutional ownership and market activities, crucial for understanding investor dynamics and potential activist movements.
The Sodali & Co Investor Relations team, led by Sandra Novakov provides comprehensive investor relations support to companies across all sectors and stages of development, from private growth companies to large multinationals. Our solutions are highly tailored, ranging from top-level advice to fully outsourced IR.
