Andrew Benett is Chief Executive Officer of Sodali & Co. He joined in January 2025 from PwC where he was a Partner working with clients to deliver organic and inorganic growth, as well as leading corporate strategy initiatives for the firm.
Andrew has a three-decades long track record of delivering results across multiple executive leadership roles with Harte Hanks, Bloomberg Media, and Havas Creative Group.
As CEO and Executive Chair at Harte Hanks, Andrew helped revitalize the 100-year-old legacy publishing company by focusing on its core services and exiting non-core businesses. The company realized six sequential quarters of top and bottom-line improvement while the share price tripled.
At Bloomberg Media, Andrew served as Chief Commercial Officer, modernizing the Media Division and creating new lines of revenue. He launched many innovations including new franchises (Bloomberg New Economy Forum, Bloomberg Green, and Bloomberg Equality), as well as a communications consultancy, Panorama, by Bloomberg.
As the Global CEO and Global Chief Strategy Officer at Havas Creative Group, Andrew managed all aspects of the global network operations spanning 12,000 people in 316 offices across 75 countries and delivered both top and bottom-line improvement year over year, every year.
Andrew served three terms on the Board of Directors of Viad Corp (VVI:NYSE), a Small Cap 600 Company, and is a Henry Crown Fellow at The Aspen Institute. He is the author of three books on megatrends impacting business, Consumed: Rethinking Business in the Era of Mindful Spending; Good for Business: The Rise of the Conscious Corporation; and The Talent Mandate: Why Smart Companies Put People First.
