Jonathan Ostroff is the Head of Analytics and Senior Director of the Capital Markets Intelligence Group at Sodali & Co. Jonathan has over 15 years of experience in stock surveillance and market oversight where he provides the highest levels of corporate consulting and advisory for investor relations, corporate governance, and shareholder activism. His professional background includes working on several M&A transactions, tender / exchange offers, and proxy contests for some of the largest publicly traded corporations. Additionally, Jonathan has extensive experience in global shareholder identification with expertise in the regulatory environments in countries throughout Asia and Europe. Jonathan has developed numerous databases which help aggregate and analyze the varied sources of data available on issuer’s trading patterns to provide data driven insights in the shareholder profiles of our clients.
Jonathan has an MBA from University of Connecticut with a concentration in Marketing. He received a B.A. in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland, where he was part of the Scholars Program in International Relations. Jonathan has a certification in Investor Relations from UC Irvine.
