Susy, a pioneer in the proxy solicitation industry in Canada, has developed expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), proxy programs, operational procedures, client strategies and shareholder activism. Her leadership has played a vital role in many of Canada’s major friendly and hostile transactions. She is highly respected within the Canadian legal community for her successful involvement in high-profile deals and is often sought after for her insight and market expertise.
