We are pleased to share that Sodali & Co has once again delivered a strong global performance in Mergermarket’s PR Advisor League Tables, securing leading positions across multiple regions in 2025.
For the second year in a row, we have been ranked #1 in Mergermarket’s Australian PR Advisor league tables by deal count.
In 2025, we advised on 54 transactions across Australia, a 22% increase year over year, reflecting our continued commitment to delivering high-quality strategic advisory services to our clients. We also advised on transactions totalling US$24.3 billion (AUD $35 billion) in 2025, a 51% increase over 2024.
We also reinforced our strong regional presence, ranking second place for the second consecutive year in the Asia-Pacific (excluding Japan) rankings by deal count.
Beyond Australia and Asia-Pacific, Sodali & Co achieved significant improvements across key global markets:
• Global: Ranked 15th by value, up from 18th last year
• United Kingdom: Ranked 13th by value, up from 16th
• Ireland: Ranked 2nd by value (up from 13th) and 3rd by deal count (up from 10th)
• Americas: Ranked 16th by value (up from 18th) and 14th by deal count (up from 17th)
• Canada: Ranked 9th by value, up from 34th
• Greater China: Ranked 10th by value, up from 27th
