Making sure our world-class team keeps getting better. For things to stay the same, everything must change.

In general, are you more optimistic or pessimistic about the comms industry in 2025?

Optimistic because we have built something unique. Our strat comms offer is better than ever and we can now talk to all stakeholders for our clients.

What has been your favourite proactive PR campaign of the past 12 months? (Not one you or your organisation has been involved in.)

Mr Bates vs The Post Office. A lesson in what not to do in a crisis.

Which organisation or individual has managed reputation most poorly in the past 12 months?

Paula Vennells and her slippery non-answers during the Post Office inquiry.

Which organisation or individual has managed reputation most adeptly and proactively in the past 12 months? (Not one you or your organisation has been involved in.)

Octopus Energy’s Greg Jackson: a great advocate for a consumer-friendly energy policy. He speaks clearly with proper nouns.
