Christian Sealey is the Chief Executive Officer of Sodali & Co – Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
With more than 25 years’ experience in strategic and financial communication, corporate governance, public affairs and shareholder advisory, Christian has an established, successful track record advising public company boards and executive management teams.
He has a deep understanding of global capital markets and extensive experience in contested situations, equity and debt tender offers, and other complex market transactions. Christian is also well versed in the latest corporate governance requirements and global sustainability trends and regularly presents on industry panels.
As a seasoned executive and strategic operational leader, Christian has a wealth of experience driving innovation, delivering transformative products and services and establishing new markets across the globe. Since 2018, Chrisitan has successfully led Sodali and Co’s core expansion program, establishing offices South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Japan and the Philippines.
Prior to joining Sodali and Co, Christian held a range of senior positions with several multi-national companies including Leighton Holdings (CIMIC), Lend Lease, IAG and Macmahon. He also spent several years working as a journalist and political advisor, and previously founded his own strategic communications consultancy, True Type, with co-founder Jessica Bowker.
Christian holds a BA. Communications (Journalism) from Charles Sturt University and an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
