Over his career, Michael has specialised in improving sustainability performance, company net zero transitions and nature risk impacts of operations and in supply chains. Michael works with investors, companies, government, regulators, exchanges, and industry bodies to advise on responsible investment trends, best practice ESG implementation and climate transition planning.
Michael is a sought-after expert at executive and board education sessions, roundtables and at conferences, including COP28 presentations at the Malaysian, Namibian and Rainforest Pavilions on Net Zero, Carbon Markets, and Nature Risk.
Prior to joining Sodali & Co Michael was part of the highly rated research team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he was head of Emerging Markets equity quantitative analysis. In that role he built and optimized portfolios and developed factor investment strategies and models.
