Sodali & Co grows UK & EMEA Shareholder Services offering with new team lead

London - Sodali & Co, a leading global advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Angus Booth has joined its UK and EMEA business, based in London, to head the key practise area of Shareholder Services. His move represents Sodali & Co’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional client service and supporting our clients through developing best in market teams that are leaders in navigating shareholder and stakeholder dynamics throughout major corporate transactions and events.

Previously, based in Sydney, Angus is an accomplished leader in M&A, activism, and corporate governance having been involved in advising on shareholder approvals for over $400 billion worth of M&A and activism situations, including more than $180 billion in cross-border deals and led the firm to become the leading Proxy Solicitation (M&A and Activism) firm in APAC.
