Victoria Palmer-Moore is a Senior Managing Director at Sodali & Co, with more than three decades of experience spanning strategic communications, investment banking and equity sales.
She advises boards and executive teams on complex, business-critical issues, including financial communications, corporate positioning, transactions, leadership transitions, crisis preparedness, and reputation management. Victoria supports both listed and private companies across sectors, helping them communicate clearly and safeguard their reputations during transformation, increased scrutiny, and market uncertainty.
Based in London, Victoria contributes to the ongoing growth of Sodali & Co’s integrated strategic communications and shareholder advisory services across Europe. She joined the firm following its acquisition of Powerscourt, where she has served as a senior adviser since 2004.
Earlier in her career, Victoria spent 12 years in investment banking and equity sales at UBS, Merrill Lynch (now Bank of America), and Morgan Stanley. Her in-depth knowledge of capital markets and investor perspectives informs the strategic advice she offers clients today.
Victoria holds an MA (Hons) in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
