Tom has over 20 years of experience in government, public affairs, policy change, and regulation, spanning various industries such as health care, professional services, entertainment, sport, racing, and gaming. He has advised boards, CEOs, business leaders, politicians, and public servants.
Most recently, he was an executive at one of Australia’s most heavily-regulated and issues-rich ASX-listed companies. He has also been a Chief of Staff to various government ministers and a public sector management consultant.
He specializes in managing complex stakeholder environments, executing campaigns, providing stability and focus through crisis management, and delivering outcomes that benefit both businesses and communities.
He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), postgraduate qualifications in Public Health, and has completed executive education at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. He is also a graduate member of the AICD.
