In this edition of the Morrow Sodali Leadership Series, John Wilcox, Morrow Sodali’s Chairman Emeritus, spoke with Pamela Forbes Lieberman on the topic of corporate culture. Forbes Lieberman serves on the Boards of Directors of Standard Motor Products and John B Sanfilippo & Son and serves on the Board of Trustees of Rush University Medical Center. She has significant leadership experience in strategic, operating, financial, M&A, crisis management, communications, organization culture and corporate governance in global retail, distribution and manufacturing companies - both in growth and turnarounds. Pamela served as President, CEO and board member of TruServ (now known as True Value Company) where she led a successful turnaround.  She previously had served as the company’s COO and CFO.
